Kylie is an engineer with over thirty years’ experience in the electricity generation industry. Whilst working with AGL Macquarie, one of Australia’s major electricity generators, she gained experience in all aspects of asset management, with expertise in problem solving, investigating, analysing asset performance, and improving reliability. Kylie applied her inclusive style and strong communication skills to build and lead teams across engineering, maintenance, operations, and reliability functions.
Her various roles have included Reliability Manager at AGL’s Bayswater and Liddell power stations and Bayswater Production Manager. Her experience in change projects has provided an understanding of how important both the technical and organisational aspects are to achieving lasting improvements. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA in Technology Management.
