Switch On is NOT a training program. Through conversation and experiential learning, participants confirm or shift their beliefs and behaviour. Our facilitators do this by creating an environment for participants to consciously challenge their own beliefs about safety, and explore new possibilities.
We develop and sustain an emotional journey over two days for participants to confront their thoughts, behaviours and choices about safety. By tapping into our emotions, we are able provoke challenge and change in our beliefs about safety.
The participant’s CHOICE is the key theme in all concepts.
